A silent film style show, set in the 1920’s, about a free-spirited woman who gets a job with a mad scientist woman, intent on taking over the world. It has the total aesthetics of a silent movie, with the sensibilities of a dark comedy made today. In most of the episodes the Dame comes up with some sort of new invention that will help her take over the world. But due to her indulgences (Dorothy is greedy, impulsive, and sex-crazed), Dorothy usually messes the whole plan up.

The main message of the series is “human nature gets in the way of human ambition,” as the whole series is a bit of a cross between Laurel and Hardy, Broad City, and Pinky and the Brain.
